I must say that after I read the comments here, I was a bit nervous to even go to this doctors office! However, I was quite happy with the service provided to me last week. Dr Ozimok is amazing, and I find her staff quite entertaining! They probably have worked together for years which is why they are so comfortable in front of patients. Not everyone in the world has a funny, haha personality. Some are just funny sarcastic!!! Get over your negative outlooks on the desk, you will see they aren't bad at all. Smile people 8-) It makes the world a little less aweful to be in!

I have never had a problem with Dr. Ozimok or her staff. I think she is a great Doctor. I have Diabetes and I see her every year. She takes the time to run special tests and explained the results and showed me the pictures. I will admit that it bothers me that the front staff seem to chit chat to each other when you are there waiting but theyt have never been rude to me in the 10+ years I have been going there.

Dr. Ozimok is an amazing eye doctor. She is friendly and patient and I have no complaints for her! I am so relieved to see others share my views about the front desk! They are so short and disorganized. I recently ordered contacts. I ordered them a week before Christmas as my last pair randomly ripped. They told me they couldn't get them before xmas but I should get them by Jan. Well I never got a phone call back! End of Januaray, my mother tells me they had called the day earlier to inform me that they actually could not order my contacts because my perscription was out dated. Well, with the weird shifts I work, I couldn' book an appointment so I decided to wait. Then a MONTH later, someone calles, snooty!, and says they have had my pair of contacts waiting for months now and are wondering if I plan to pick them up!! I couldn't believe it! I had been wearing my glasses for so long!! Other than the front desk, the doctor is great!!

I have been going to Dr. Ozimok for approx. 19 years now and she's the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled eye doctor I've ever been to! I have recommended her to several people and they all find her completely professional and a wonderful doctor. And I continue to recommend her. I think she's awesome!
