He knows what is doing on and answers questions. Has up to date equipment. Falls in the middle of quality for eye exams, not as thorough as some optometrists but better than most. Charges more than any others. Staff was not helpful despite having 3 at the front, errors in information, and requests not filled.

We have been going to Justin for 10 years now, and our whole family is excited to go there because of the excellent discussions around our eyes that he has with us. Our children truly look forward to seeing Justin as he gets into helping them understand their vision and how it affects everything that they do.

Best optometrist I have ever been to. The state of the art equipment is a big plus. I moved and changed optometrists who still had old equipment and prescriptions were inacurate. I now fly back to Calgary to have exams done by Dr. Norris.

He's awesome! Very thorough. Never rushes through exams and explains everything. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. He even had me do an exam over again because it was only 99% good and he wanted to make sure that it was 100%. He clearly loves what he does and is enthusiastic about his profession.
