Ihave been a patient of Dr. Nardone's group for the past 10 years. I don't think I've ever actually seen Dr. Nardone, but the other Optometrist I have seen have been very knowledgeable and through. I would recommend this practice for that reason. However, I am said to report that since they have combined their offices to Fennell Avenue, I have found their office staff less than courteous and at the bottom end of offering any type customer service. On my last visit, I decided to shop for my new glasses in their shop rather than go to my usual place. It was a huge mistake. I had to stand for the measurements for my bi-focals and was told my glasses would be ready in 7 days. After 7 days they called to let me know my glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up, again I had to stand for the fitting. I could not read a thing with the glasses. They had been improperly measured.They had to send them back to be corrected. They don't care if you are inconvenienced and are snarly.

Recently had a routine eye examination with Dr. Nardone. Ended up charging me $75 for a box of 30 Focus Dailies Lenses (can get the same lenses at Costco for half that price) and did not follow up with the fit of said lenses only had receptionist contact me to pick them up along with a trial box of the same lenses and was told that if I didn't like the trial lenses then return the 30 day box for a refund. I thought the whole point of him being an eye doctor was for him to see how the lenses fit. I want an Optometrist that actually examines the fitting of my contact lenses. Plus, one particular member of staff is rude and would rather socialize with her co-workers than assist patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Nardone since he bought out the practice of my last optometrist. Having seen him now for a number of years I can say that I would highly recommend him and I have done just that on numerous occasions. He and his staff are friendly and know exactly what they are doing! Elaine
