Great visit at the St Clair Eye Clinic. There was a problem with our glasses and all was replaced without a headache. Staff seems to take their jobs very seriously...in a good way!!

this place is so great to have on St Clair. He is our new family eye doctor. REALLY cool office but the care was the main thing. Staff is....interesting. Dr Vyas is the main reason to go there.

i thought this clinic was amazing. good eye exam, good glasses. very pleased. they really seemed to care. the whole family saw dr vyas and he was very thorough and great to chat with.

The review below is from a guy on my street who is trying to discredit Dr Vyas (he basically went door to door telling everyone the same story below). He is known in our neighbourhood as a strange man. Been seeing Dr Vyas for over 3 years and have always been very impressed with his eye exam.

A word of caution. Dr. Vyas had misrepresented the treatment he dispensed to me in that he gave me a quote for brand name lenses (Essilor Varilux Physio 360 design), but in fact he dispensed a lesser quality trade lenses (Truclear HD). I found out by doing research on the internet and got a second opinion from a optician. I complaint to the College of Optometrists of Ontario and they strongly caution Dr. Vyas to give information to patients regarding products he dispense that is factual. This caution also serves as a warning to Dr. Vyas that any future complaints recieved by the College of a similar nature will be considered in light of this decision and the opportunity for discipline.
Buyer beware!

I am not sure about the person's experience below but I found Dr Vyas to be wonderful. I have macular degenration and he was able to show me a 3d model of my eye and fully explain the situation to me. His new location on St Clair is stunning.

Dr Vayas bought this practice from Dr Daalderop,the difference is night and date. i would not recommend him unless you do a simple eye check. I am not sure who left the comments about the best equipment in the province but I did not see it at St Clair west office.

How does a Doctor gives a wrong prescription to a pensioner and then charges another $40. for the correction visit. A new lens must now be purchased which is an additional expense. The explanation given for the additional $40 is that the initial pair of glasses was not purchased at their establishment and this after having eyes tested at the same establisment for years. Not a good experience!!

I had a great experience with Dr Vyas - he did a great job and was quick and efficient... I would suggest him to my friends and family... He has 2 offices - 1 downtown (new state of the art clinic) and 1 on St Claire West... the downtown location was rated best in Ontario

I would recommend Dr. Vyas to anyone with routine or complex eye care needs. His state of the art office is fully equipped with the latest technologies allowing him to offer a level of care that far surpasses any other offering within the province. My wait time was minimal which is important to me as I usually schedule my appointments in the work day. Highly recommended.

Dr Vyas is my favorite optomistrist that I've ever had. He has explained long time issues that I've had with my eyes in a way that I understand and that no other doctor has bothered to do. He has also performed tests that no other doctor has bothered to do and as a result, i have recieved better quality care. Even simply from a technology perpective, Dr Vyas has all of the latest equipment and thus is able to offer more than any other doctor in the provnice. He is the #1 optomitrist in Ontario.

Dr Vyas was went above and beyond with my eye care. He had the best equipement available in the province and I trusted that my health was in good hands. Very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
