I went to dr.f for my daughters annual check up for glasses but this time he shocked me
he was being rude and sarcastic he even told my other daughter "Party's over!" would not recommend him at all
he is rude and sarcastic
would not go back!

I had Dr. Lenarcik when I went in the first time. It was supposed to be just for a prescription for a new pair of glasses, but upon seeing that my vision was -15 (yes, it can get that bad), Dr. Lenarcik suggested I take extra wide-range pictures of my retina as well as see a specialist. Roll forward a year and I've had several procedures to correct microscopic tears in my retina, catching them early before they got any worse. Dr. Lenarcik is a great doctor who always puts his patient's health foremost, I would highly recommend him.

I waited for one hour, only to be rushed through my appointment. Dismissive when I spoke. Was not able to tell me why my eyesight was worse. Do not recommend.

He treats his clients VERY POORLY. I have never had such a terrible experience, and DO NOT recommend him! Go elsewhere; other doctors will treat to you like human being.

My Wife and I had our eyes examined at Dr Ranjit Johal's office in the mall in Cambridge, Ontario.(05/19/10 was my visit date my wife's examination was a little later)
My prescription was not correct. I had difficulty reading smaller type.
My wife's prescription was terrible!!
She has to use a pair of 2 X dollar store glasses with her prescription glasses to read.
He talked like he knew what he was doing, but the end result was unacceptable.
The only other employee in the office was very nice at reception.

Besides the small office space, overall the visit was good. My kids were treated great and they loved getting their eyes checked. A satisfied customer that will return in the future.

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable on glasses and frames. Dr Noronha went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable understood my situation. They had a great selection of designer glasses

My husband and I called to schedule an appointment thinking that we had book weeks in advance. They were able to take us in right away and we loved the who we saw. All the staff was friendly and very helpful in answering any questions we had.

i thought this clinic was amazing. good eye exam, good glasses. very pleased. they really seemed to care. the whole family saw dr vyas and he was very thorough and great to chat with.

I had Dr.Pushka, very inconsiderate and unhelpful. She coerced me into getting an image of my eye ($55) and emailing it to me (which I had to download a program for, which will not actually install properly, and therefore no image), just to realize nothing was wrong. Had there been a problem I would have gladly paid, but making me pay for something that has a 0.5% chance of showing something considerable is very frustrating. Also staff was very unhelpful in clarifying and helping me find out what insurance does and does not cover, "they probably cover all of this"...well they don't, I had to pay $120 for nothing. I felt as though they tried to rush me out of the clinic. Big money grab, going back to my family optometrist.

Gr. Georgeff is my optometrist. He is so kind and patient. He also sees my son, I would strongly recommend him for any child to see! They have a great location too! Free Parking as well. "See" you there!

We took our two children to this place and entrusted our children's eyes to these crooks. They misdiagnosed our children's eye problems and sold us glasses that were totally unnecessary. Thank god we became suspicious after our oldest child needed a "New" prescription 3 months after the we purchased her first pair of glasses from these people. Total for the 2 pairs of useless glasses $1,100.00 . Our son's story is similar.
Do yourself a favor and see a Ophthalmologist. Though you may have to wait for a referral at least you will know that they are doing what's best for you and not what's best for their pocket book.
The Ophthalmologist was outraged that they had sold us glasses (prescriptions) that did nothing to correct either of our children's vision.
Central Saanich Optometry Clinic in the business of selling glasses and not what is in the patients vision.
Truly shameful.

I made an appointment because my eye were very red and dry and painful. Punctual? No, I waited 45mins before I had to ask to reschedule. Staff? Rude, they asked me to come in at 7am on a Tuesday or 3:15pm on Wednesday. When I said I was unavailable at those times the two receptionists told me they were doing me a favour by fitting me in and those were the only times available until the following week. Knowledge? They are satisfactory. Helpful? No, I had an infection in my eyes and they were trying to make me wait over a week to be seen. Infections can cause blindness! And they knew my symptoms as it was the first thing they ask. Overall, completely inappropriate treatment of their customer. I have bought glasses and contacts and I had been there for all my eye exams. I was very disappointment and will not return.

I have been seeing Dr. Bissonnette for over 15 years. I have found him to be very professional and helpful. His knowledge of optometry is excellent. His staff is excellent as well. I would recommend him very highly.

Dr. McDonald has seen all four of my kids from the time they were wiggly little ones until their teens. He's great with kids and our kids loved him... until he told two that they needed glasses! :) I'd highly recommend him for families. His office staff are helpful, kind, and patient, and I've never had to wait long at all.

Wonderful, professional and courteous staff. I went back for a second test and this time purchased eyewear from them. I would recommend them to anyone needing to have their eyes tested and to purchase sunglasses or new prescription eyewear!

The best optometrist and eyeglass place in B.C. PERIOD! I've been getting my eyes checked for 15 years at Dr. Boyco's place in Port Moody, they've now moved over by the Pasta Polo (and actually in Coquitlam Centre too - I got my glasses from the Image by London Drugs) I've always have such a thorough eye exam but now with this new deal they've got - $89.95 including awesome glasses, they've gone one step better (I'm not getting my glasses on line anymore, this is actually way cheaper because the glasses are free when you see the doctor!!!

Been seeing Dr. Van for over 8 years and he's still as friendly and knowledgeable as from day 1. My whole family goes to him, even my grandma, who he helped get surgery for her eye problem. I would recommend him to anyone!

Was worried when my child failed vision screening. Dr. Van was very thorough and soooo sweet with my daughter. He explained everything in detail and was very friendly and kind. I've sent a few friends to him because of this and they liked him as well.
